Winter League 2012
NOTICE
The playoffs begin on Feb. 26th.
We will divide all the 12 teams into three 4 team divisions based on the
league standings.
Division 1: Top 4 "C" teams.
Division 2: 5th and 6th place "C" teams and top 2 "D" teams.
Division 3: 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th place "D" teams.
Each division will play
it's own 3 game round robin.
Then a semi finals where 1st vs 4th and 2nd vs 3rd in each division.
The points will be determined in the 3 round robin games with the tie
breakers listed below.
The finals will be March 25th and will be the winners from the semi final
games.

OVER TIME RULES
No
tie games in the playoffs.
5 minute, 4 on 4, "running time" Sudden Death.
If still tied:
Three vs Three shoot out
If still tied: One vs One shoot out.
Alternate until one team "wins".
No repeat players until entire roster has been used.
Visiting team shoots first.
(Visiting team is the team with the lesser record) |
